Anti-SPAM Policy

PigeonMemo Allow only permission-based email marketing service. By registration an account and agreeing to our Terms of Service you also agree to our Anti-spam policy.

All users you must have required to include your company physical address and Unsubscribe Links at the header or footer in the every Newsletter on Single click. Once they opted out from your newsletter then you can never email them again unless they re-subscribe again.

What is SPAM?

Spam is any email you send to people who (that a user) hasn't given you their direct permission to send them on the topic of the newsletter/email.

What type of email addresses are valid (Acceptable) to send?

  • An email address collected on your website by newsletter subscribes form.
  • Your opt-ins and customers who have given you authorization to send your email.
  • Your organization's members.
  • If you have received permission from anyone to send your email an offline form or an online.
  • If someone filled-up an offline form like a survey or enters a competition, you can only contact them if it was explained to them that they would be contacted by email and they agreed and allow you to send.
  • Customers who have purchased from you within the last 2 years and active.
  • You can use PigeonMemo to send email to most anyone from which you have clearly obtained permission from.

What kind of email address are Not Valid/Not acceptable?

  • You have not received explicit, provable permission to contact in relation the topic of any message you are send.
  • You bought, loaned, rented or in any way acquired from a third party, Permission is non-transferable. No matter what they claim about quality or permission.
  • You scraped or copy and pasted the web. Publishing an email address doesn't mean they given you permission to send them any email.
  • If you have not contacted within the last two years or so. Permission does not age well.
  • Emails that violate CAN-SPAM Laws, Spam hurts to everyone, emails send to people who aren't interested.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to Suspend and Terminate your account immediately and start investigating your activity, if your campaigns have got high percentage of hard bounces (more than 5%), unsubscribes (more then 1%) and spam complaints (more than 0.2%), or very low open rate (less than 3%). If your account have Suspend then you’re not allow to sending emails without permission. We reserve the rights to ask you to prove that you have got permission from your recipients and we can terminate your account, if you do not provide such proof. Once we get the prove of your recipients then we can restore your sending again. Violation of our term of service, we will never refund the payment which you made.

PigeonMemo very serious/active of receiving any Spam email complaint, If you think you are receiving a spam email then please send full message to with subject line “Abuse Report”. Abuse complaints are handled by our compliance team immediately by submission of abuse report. Regarding any unsolicited messages and provide any other information that you believe may help us in our investigation. Please be sure only original messages will help us.
